Riding without Training Wheels!

A few weeks ago, Remie learned how to ride his bike without training wheels! It was so hard for me to let go of him and hope that he wouldn't fall! Everytime he would start riding I would get so nervous that I decided it was best to go inside and let his father teach him how to ride! Remie caught on very fast and is now riding like a pro!

We promised Remie that once he learned how to ride without training wheels that he could go to the store and pick out his very own big boy bike! I had no idea what a task that was going to be! Remie had to ride every bike at Toys R Us twice before he finally decided on the super cool SWAT Tacticle Bike! He also picked out a stylish Batman helmet!

The cutest part of the entire experience happened today! Remie rode his bike down to the bus stop and waited for his buddy Kylee to come home from school. As soon as she got off the bus he was showing off his new ride! I don't think Kylee was very impressed because the bike wasn't pink and sparkly but she humored him as she watched Remie ride down the street! It's definitely hard watching my baby grow up!
