Yesterday we went to the doctor for Charlotte's 6 month well baby visit. She is right on track with everything. Here are her "stats":
Height: 25 Inches, 25%
Weight: 15 lbs, 12 oz, 50%
I decided that at 6 months old I would start weaning Charlotte from breastfeeding. So, on Thursday and Friday, I gave her a bottle at her dinner time feeding. She did well but I was a mess. Last night as I was scrapbooking, all I could think about was how I was not ready for my little angel to be weaned. I decided that if I was this emotional then it was not the right time to stop breastfeeding. As of today, Charlotte is no longer getting weaned! Horray!
