I guess that exercising and eating healthy during pregnancy really does pay off!
It took me about 4 months to lose all of my baby weight and fit into my regular clothes after Remie was born.
With Charlotte's pregnancy, I forced myself to go to the gym at least 3 times a week and stuck to my very healthy diabetes diet. As of today, Charlotte is 9 days old and I wore my regular clothes to church! It felt soo good to be out of my stretchy maternity pants and empire waisted shirts. I also weighed myself and I only have 6lbs to lose to get me back to my pre-pregnancy weight! I am so proud that I was able to stick to my healthy lifestyle during a time when it is easy to splurge on junk food!
